I launched my career as a consultant in Supply Chain & Manufacturing, focusing on SAP and Supplier Relationship Management at Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini. This role allowed me to develop a deep understanding of industry best practices and client needs.
After over four years in consulting, I joined Bombardier Transportation as a Manager, leading a team of in-house consultants to implement, deploy, and maintain Business Intelligence, analytical, and collaboration applications, primarily focusing on SAP BI, BO, and Portal. Subsequently, I headed a team responsible for implementing and maintaining supply chain applications in procurement, sourcing, inventory/warehouse management, and manufacturing.
Later, I led a team of 20 application managers, overseeing application management, budget planning, license management, and governance of external suppliers globally to provide application services. I spearheaded a program of multiple projects to migrate over 100 applications (including SAP) between data centers and later transitioned SAP systems from an internal DC and Oracle DB to the Azure cloud and Hana DB.
In my most recent position, I led the SAP Competence Center at Alstom, managing a talented team of SAP experts responsible for designing, implementing, and operating SAP solutions to meet Alstom’s business needs. This position allowed me to leverage my expertise to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization.

Leading market evaluation of different eCommerce Solutions for Bombardier Transportation. Selection of product to exchange different logistic information between Bombardier and it’s supplier (orders, schedules, confirmation, deliveries). Responsible for design of system architecture and solution design.
Design and implementation of a Core Model for common global Procurement Processes for all 18 European market units with SAP Enterprise Buyer. Integration of these processes with mutiple ERP back-end and HR systems and in a shared service centre concept.
Implementation of the SAP R/3 Materials Management-software for a large electricity supplier. Responsibility for the configuration of the purchase-to-pay and invoice verification processes.
Conception and implementation of an optimized procurement process and warehouse management for an Austrian producer and supplier of electricity. The result of this project was a centralized warehouse management with low stock level and a decentralized purchasing process.
Reengineering of the purchasing process for B- and C-parts in a large consumer products company. During this project the existing purchasing processes were analyzed, new optimized processes were designed and implemented.
